I'll never forget the time a gal called me brave for purchasing a pair of leggings. I have worked /managed customer service and have reasonable standards.
Online, the staff is worse. Many of the items i receive have clearly been worn and ruined. Their return policy must be for chronic thieves because it's not realistic. We take the risk and buy cheap ***, it happens.
But I'm actually tired of getting items broken or missing pieces. There is never a section in returns for "someone in your company tried this on, or stole the part the liked" --- Their online CSR is a bad combination of ignorant and angry.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
